All plans are now available. The invoicing system is fully operational, and we use the Stripe payment platform to provide you with a secure and user-friendly payment experience.

Start by signing up on the platform. Simply fill out the sign-up form with your details and create an account to get started.
1. From the main menu, click the "Companies Manager" button.
2. Then click "Add Company".
3. Fill out the form with the customer’s information and save.
1. On the main menu, click the "Contacts Manager" button.
2. Click "Add a new contact".
3. Fill out the technician’s details. Make sure to select "Internal Contact" and set their "Position" as Technician.
4. Save the contact to add the technician to the system.
1. From the main menu, click the "Assets Manager" button.
2. Click "Add a new asset".
3. Fill out the form with at least an Asset Name and select a Skeleton.
4. The technician will be able to enter all the technical information later in the app, and you can add/remove components to match the asset.
1. On the main menu, click the "Services Manager" button.
2. Click "Add a service job".
3. Fill out the service job form and make sure to select the Technician you added in Step 3.
4. Save the service job to assign it to the technician.
You're all set! The technician can now perform inspections directly from the mobile app. Once the inspection is complete, both you and the technician can download the PDF version of the inspection report.
